GARBAGE FREE HELIPAD AND GENERAL GROUND

All Changlang Youth Association (ACYA) led by its president Jeremy NK Lungchang has prohibited drinking of alcoholic beverages and littering the premises of helipad and general ground from today onwards.
Earlier, the helipad and general ground was littered with beer canes, alcohol bottles, and plastic packets. The degradation of the helipad and the general ground encouraged the forum to clean both the area on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti.
Despite the cleanliness drive carried out by the forum, a certain group were visiting and littering the helipad and general ground regularly. Such provocative activities has coerced the forum to impose the prohibition.
The objective of the prohibition is to safeguard the helipad and general ground from the anti social elements that are responsible of congesting the area with garbage piles.
The forum will be monitoring the situation and the violators will be fined heavily.
