The training programme has been thoughtfully designed to empower the women participants to eventually establish and lead their entrepreneurial pursuits. He encouraged everyone to dream big, work towards those dreams, and overcome challenges. Mihu assured full support from the District Administration for all such interventions, underlining the commitment to facilitating positive outcomes in the region.

Participants also shared their experience of the training and expressed gratitude to NABARD & BLCCT for conducting such training in the remote part of the state. By staying at their home, they got the opportunity, to learn new things, for which earlier they had to go outside their state and incurred expenditure towards it.
